Delivery Information
Delivery is free on all orders over £150 + VAT to the UK mainland on a 24-hour service. All orders under £150 are subject to a carriage charge. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, any products that have not been personalised or custom printed can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Lead times
Orders for stock products placed before 3pm Monday-Friday are despatched the same day (subject to stock levels). We aim to despatch orders for personalised / custom products within 5-7 days, and bespoke within 7-10 working days. Should you require products for a particular date, please contact our customer service team.

Rearranging a Delivery
Not going to be? With Royal Mail*, DHL and DPD you can rearrange your delivery. Visit the tracking link you've been provided and enter your postcode to get your delivery options, you can rearrange your delviery for another day, arrange delivery to a neighbour, or collect from a collection hub.

Business Shipments sent via DPD to Republic of Ireland require an EORI number.
Shipment sent via Royal Mail will be handed to AnPost to make the delviery in Ireland.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide, please select the appropriate delivery location at checkout. We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 3 working days (subject to stock levels), however, please note that due to the additional transit / custom times, international deliveries can take up to 7-10 days from despatch of order.
Rates are displayed at checkout, should a rate not be shown please contact us and we will be happy to add this in.

Tracking a Shipment
On the day of despatch you will receive an email from us with your tracking number, and the carrier in which this has been sent with. Alternatively you can log into your account and view the tracking information from your recent order page.
Should you not have this, or require confirmation on a despatch date, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.
Returning an Order
You can return orders to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We can only accept returns on unopened & complete items, & we're unable to accept returns on personalised, customised or bespoke labels.
You can return your order to the below address, be sure to include your order number either on or in the packaging so we can process your return.

Once we have received your order back we are able to issue a refund. Any original postage costs or return postage costs will not be refunded.
