To view your Bespoke Products, log in to your online account with your registered login details. Once logged in, click the Custom Labels button in the header menu, your bespoke products will then be visible to view and order online.
Yes, all orders receive a pdf VAT invoice, this is supplied via email at the time of order, however, should you need an invoice for previous orders, all invoices and order history can be found in your online account. Please note, where payment via pro forma is selected, a VAT invoice will be issued on receipt of the payment in full.
Yes, samples can be requested via the Sample Request page. Please let us know in as much detail as possible your requirements, our team will then supply the most suitable samples for your needs.
If you made a mistake with your order or delivery details, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will endeavor to amend your order as required.
You can check the status of your order from your online account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email detailing the contents of your delivery and a tracking link.
If you have not received an official order confirmation email, firstly, check your Junk Inbox. If there is still no order confirmation, your online account will provide a full order history of all your orders. Alternatively, contact our customer service team who will assist with your requirements.
If you receive a 3D Authentification error make sure your billing name and address match your payment details. If you do not receive an order confirmation email your order has not been processed successfully and you will not be charged.
